Every pack is printed with a QR code under the seal. Point your phone camera at it and the result opens on its own — no app, no account, nothing to type in. You will see the batch number, flavour, size, manufacture date, and expiry taken from our production records.

Each code has a scan limit. Checking your own pack a few times is normal and the count is shown to you every time. If a code is checked far more often than a single owner would, that is the signature of a copied label, so the code is flagged for review and eventually stops verifying.

Do not consume the product. Contact us with the batch number printed beside the code, a photo of the label, and where you bought it. A code that does not exist in our records was not printed by us.

Scanning asks for a name and email so we can contact you if a batch issue arises. The check also records the time, approximate location, and device type, which is how counterfeit patterns are detected.

We ship internationally. Delivery costs and estimated times depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships we email a tracking number. You can also look up any order using the order number and the email address you used at checkout.

No. Checkout works as a guest. If you later sign in with the same email address, your previous orders are linked to your account automatically.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which accepts major credit and debit cards along with the wallet options your device supports. We never see or store your card details.

No. Every active ingredient is listed with its dose. If it is in the tub, the amount is on the label.

Yes. Batches are tested by independent laboratories before release, and each batch is traceable from the code on the pack you are holding.
